In our view, community development requires a multi-faceted approach. This should include reforming social welfare management systems, taking into account the dynamism of various factors in the society.
The foundation is, therefore, focused on developing – in consultation with community based organizations – social welfare policies that would help both rural and urban communities to manage their local affairs cost-effectively.
